    What is the difference between Bursa Method (BM) and Premium Webinar Membership (PWM)?

    Bursa Method (BM) is a value investing online course, conducted by Peter Lim & KCLau. The main trainer is Peter.

    Meanwhile, Premium Webinar Membership (PWM) is the archive of all public webinars conducted by KCLau since 2012. The webinar features various experts in different field, e.g. unit trust, stocks, properties, estate planning, insurance etc.

    BM and PWM are two different and separate subscriptions.


    How do I cancel automatic renewal?

    We track your payment based on your email address. The easiest way is to submit a ticket here to tell us that you want to cancel any of your current subscriptions.
    We will get it done within 24 hours so you won't be charged. Even if we are too late to make the changes and your credit card was billed, we will honour the full refund.


    My membership was cancelled. What can I do to reactivate my membership?

    Please submit a ticket to inform us. So we can check what went wrong and advise your next step.


    I forgot/didn't receive the login credentials.

    Try to locate the email we sent to you in your spam folder.
    If it is not there, you can use the "forgot password" link to reset your password. The reset password link is on the login pages of the courses.
    Still have trouble? No worries. Submit a ticket, and we will reset your password and reply with your new login credentials.


    How do I update my payment details? (non-PayPal)

    Here is the guide to update your payment details. It only works if you pay through credit card, but not processed via PayPal.

    It is quite self-explanatory after you do step 1 below. If you got stuck, refer the complete guide below.
    1. Visit this page: CLICK HERE
    2. Enter your email address
    3. The system sends you an email with your access link
    4. You then access the customer hub area with a single click – no need to remember usernames and passwords.
    5. Click the "Update My Info" button on the right. It will open a modal window with your details and the ability to update any card details you have used to purchase from us.
    6. To edit your card details, click the 'update' button and then these fields will become active.
    7. After updating your information, click the Save changes button and the update is completed.


    How do I request a refund?

    We processed the refund manually. Please submit a ticket, and we will process it for you within 24 hours if your payment is still within the refund period.


    How do I update my credit card details? (PayPal)

    If you make payment through a PayPal subscription, you can update it by logging in to your personal PayPal account.

    Here is a guide on how to do it:
    1. Log in to PayPal with your email
    2. Click "Profile" on the top right
    3. Click "Financial Information" on the left sidebar
    4. Click "Update" on Debit and Credit Cards
    5. Click "Add another card."
    6. Set the new card as the primary card.

    Please note that American Express is not accepted for charging Ringgit. You will need to add a Visa or Mastercard (a debit or credit card works).

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
